Returns and Exchanges

All merchandise returned for an exchange or refund must be in its original condition and salable (i.e. shrink wrap unbroken, seals intact, etc.). Refunds will not be issued for merchandise returned in unsalable condition. 

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Orders cancelled or refused once processed for shipping – or returned as undeliverable – will be treated as a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping Damages

Merchandise damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. Please file all claims for merchandise damaged in-transit with the shipper.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise

Returns for exchanges or refunds must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date of purchase. If there is a problem with your order or if you need to return or exchange an item please email List the item description, date of purchase and reason for the return/exchange. Pet Health Academy is unable to accept returns without notice via email. Pack the return securely, in original packaging if possible, and include a copy of the invoice/packing slip. If you do not have the original invoice/packing slip, please include the following information: your name; address and telephone number; the product information, including quantity. All returns and exchanges should be insured. 


Order the wrong size or color? Simply place the corrected order online and follow the instructions above to return the items that you do not want. Pet Health Academy will credit your card for the returned items once they are received in good condition.

Billing Terms & Conditions


All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.  Credeit cards are accepted through Authorize.Net.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount calculated by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of the item including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may increase if shipping internationally or on rush orders.  Offer for Free Shipping in the USA does not apply to any orders shipped outside of the USA.  Additional shipping will be charged for orders shipped outside of USA.  If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible. The seller will take all reasonable steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of the services or materials it supplies the buyer.


An order may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed, the buyer is responsible for the payment.


Any complaints about items or the seller should be submitted to There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and the seller will be in contact.


The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
